North Carolina Is Awesome!
We Just got back from a cool trip to North Carolina to shoot Kevin Harvick for Budweiser at Richard Childress Racing. First and foremost, the people at Bud and RCR were great and the experience and workflow was seamless. We had a fantastic adventure to Welcome, NC! The images are solid and I will be stoked to share them with ya as soon as they are fully cooked. Stay tuned. Speaking of images here are a few you might enjoy. I had to stop at this church and grab this quick one as really, the image is one that speaks volumes. Not sure how much this church is expanding. Not exactly welcoming in Welcome.
The second was is equally obvious,
And this is a new one from Coke Zero for football season. Go product shooter!

Something Different
A wise women once told me that your images should be in line with who you are. My images are dramatic, moody, action oriented and full of my passion for the craft. They are very much a part of who I am, and my images speak a lot to my intense focus on creating cool visual statements that inspire.
Of these four images, one image I like the best. It speaks to me, and it fits who I am. Other images feel okay and look cool, but just do not carry the same visual impact. I fell in love with photography because it helped me communicate and share with others the visions in my head, in a way my words never could. In creating these images some of them are clearly more a part of me than others and it shows, or at least I feel some speak to me personally more than others.
In this process of being a visual communicator it is easy to lose your voice and thus your vision. If you are speaking with other people's images, concepts, or creating images that are not true to your voice, are you really speaking or just being an echo?

Move Over Hasselhoff, We Are Big In Turkey
We just finished a crazy eight weeks that saw non stop travel to just about everywhere. Now we have a few weeks at home before heading east again. Speaking of the east coast we spent four days last week in the Florida Keys shooting a campaign for Columbia Sports Wear. We got very lucky with the weather, Here is what it was looking like the night before the shoot. Forecasts were horrible, but someone once told me, you can't chase the weather. The next day was perfectly clear and proved to be a window between two hurricanes that allowed us to get the shots we needed.
So I got some visuals, here is a shot for our fun campaign for CA with Michael Strahan as well as a magazine cover from a piece running about our studio in Turkey. Looking forward to some FOOTBALL!!!
