Profoto Blog Feature
About 6 months ago I got a call from a Ron Egatz at Profoto. He asked me if he could chat for a few moments about our work, my background, photography, etc. In between the gaps in the magical chaos that we call multitasking, you know, emailing, while on a conference call between texts with ad's about pre pro's, while transferring finals to Clouds. So with the headset on Ron asked questions while I mostly rambled about this and that.
So today, six months later Ron jumps back into my life for a brief moment and says, hey the piece is going to drop today, you want to read it? Six months ago, when I hung up the phone, I honestly thought "I just had a case of verbal diarrhea synonym, that will never happen." Well...here it was, out of thin air, my words months later. Freaky...really, but cool all the same. I read the piece, my take, raw real and unfiltered. I love what I do, love my contribution to the visual fabric that we call PHOTOGRAPHY, but mostly; I am always just so blown away that people want to know more about our work.
So thankful, with all the amazing talented image makers in our craft, that we get noticed by the people that know photography. Profoto makes KICK ASS gear, and I am grateful to have such a dependable kit. Thankful also for the piece they just published on the blog and thankful that our voice is heard. Check out the piece, what do you think?
